Patti Tod, TWH 2025 Director’s Assistant (Fiction, Nonfiction and Poetry)

Patti Tod has been published in The New Guard and various online magazines, including Alice the Mag. She is a TWH alum (2017, nonfiction), a Wade Rouse Writer, 2012-2014, and a 2019 NYC Flash Fiction Challenge finalist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. She is currently shopping her memoir manuscript and is working on a collection of poetry and novel of fiction.


Patti was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and has called many places home- from the Golden Heart of Alaska to Lyndhurst, New Jersey, from the Tampa Bay to northern Chicago. Her gypsy soul has recently settled in downtown Skokie, Illinois, where she shares her writing room with her three zebra finches—Stevie Nicks, Sid and Nancy.
